Q: When will i get my order?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: United States 5-8 business days, International 10-20 business days. It also depends on the product; if it’s a sweater with embroidery, it takes a bit longer as we cut and sew the shirt frame by hand. Our brand do not offer next day shipping since the fabric is printed, then cut & sewn to create a unique hand-made product.

Can i exchange an item?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better check out our sizing charts. We have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

What packages do you use for shipments?

We use poly mailers 100% recyclable, the poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene because they are made with mixed materials.

Do you have a physical store?

We appreciate your interest in our online clothing store. Currently, we do not have a physical store as we exclusively focus on online commerce.
